At Rock Gold Waye, we don’t just teach fastpitch softball—we build champions on and off the field.

Founded in 1985 by legendary coach Rick Waye in Holland, PA, our program has grown into one of the most respected and competitive softball organizations in Bucks County and beyond. For nearly four decades, we’ve been shaping athletes into confident, skilled, and resilient young women who are ready to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

Our players train in an environment that blends elite coaching, competitive play, and a positive team culture. We focus on developing the complete athlete—improving skills, building character, and instilling values that last long after the final inning.

Since 2019, the Rock Gold program has earned two USA Gold National Championships and two PGF National Championships, cementing our place among the most elite programs in the country. Our winning tradition extends far beyond the trophy case—hundreds of Rock Gold athletes have been recruited to play at the collegiate level, from Division I powerhouses to top Division II and III programs nationwide.
